Apple Raisin Bread
Here's a healthy sweet treat for the upcoming holidays. I've been snacking on these since we made them and everyone loves them! Even the pickest eaters as you'll see if you still till the end of the video. ;)
The best part about this recipe is how easy it is to make. Satisfy your sweet tooth and look like a domestic goddess in the process, sounds like a good deal to me.
- 300 grams oats
- 5 over ripe bananas
- 350 grams apple puree
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla powder/extract
1. In a food processor, blitz up your oats.
2. Mash your bananas and mix in the oats, apple puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla powder.
3. Bake at 180C for 30 mins.
